I was shouting Finn the other morning as had taken his coat off, laid it out on the floor and was lying on it. Mornings are generally tainted by this sort of messing about as we try to get coats, shoes, hats, scarves and gloves on before leaving for school. However, Sharon leapt to his defence. This, apparently, is the way Finn figures out which way to thread his gloves through his sleeves; by laying his coat down and lying on it with arms outstretched. Just another example of Finn's first principles approach to problem-solving, I suppose. He has a similarly "Finn" approach to putting on his dressing gown that involves doing a forward roll.
